Accolades for the Videoscope Service Department
From time to time our
clients let us know what they really think of us!
This e-mail came to our Service Manager, Alnoor Remtulla from Ihor
Macijiwsky, of Bonterra Productions.
Ihor’s
credits as Director of Photography include: Great Canadian Parks, Great
Canadian Rivers, Ultimate Response, and currently in production
for OLN: Mantracker, and Ultimate Angling Adventure.
He has won the International “Hot Docs” award and received seven
Gemini nominations for producing and cinematography.

impeccable service they provide.
I have been a client with Videoscope for over twenty years and have
purchased and maintained all my camera equipment with them during this time.
The quality of service and attention to detail by Alnoor is second to
none. On countless occasions he
repaired my video equipment in a moments notice while in the midst of a
production. Over the years
I have made several distress calls from remote locations when my camera went
down and was always able to reach Alnoor.
His thorough technical knowledge has saved me many times.
