Videoscope Supports the SPCA
with a Charity BBQ
Videoscope’s Vallerie Talion recently delivered a
significant donation to
The Ontario SPCA in Newmarket, on behalf of Videoscope employees.
As part of Customer Service Week celebrations, Vallerie
(our Administrative Assistant) suggested we hold a charity fund-raising
event and organized a Staff BBQ. All-you-can-eat for $5 was a good deal for us and the
Society for
Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
The daughter of Staging Consultant, Steve Dunstall, is a long-term
volunteer at the SPCA. It was her stories about the challenges and work of the society that inspired the
donation. “It was such a peaceful and cheerful place,” said Vallerie after her
visit. “The animals looked very well cared for. Everyone was very friendly,
the animals as well as the people.”
Vallerie presented the contribution to SPCA Animal Care Attendant,
Stephanie Schuhmann. Our donation will help to buy medicine for animals in need.
